Customer Management

The CRM is at the heart of Aurelia Hub, enabling you to build deep, lasting relationships with your jewelry customers.

Accessing Customers

Navigate to CRM > Customers to view and manage all customer records.

Customer Profile Fields

Personal Information

  • First Name / Last Name — Full name
  • Email — Primary email address
  • Phone — Phone number
  • Date of Birth — For birthday greetings and marketing
  • Gender — Customer gender

Address

  • Address Line 1 / Address Line 2
  • City / State / Postal Code / Country

Business Fields

  • Customer Category — Tier (Regular, Silver, Gold, VIP)
  • Primary Salesperson — Assigned staff member
  • Status — Active, Inactive, VIP, Blocked
  • Preferred Language — English or German
  • Timezone — Customer timezone

Purchase History (Auto-calculated)

  • Total Spent — Lifetime spending
  • Total Orders — Lifetime order count
  • Last Purchase At — Most recent purchase timestamp
  • Marketing Consent — Opt-in for marketing
  • Data Processing Consent — Consent for data storage
  • Consent Given At — Timestamp
  • Consent IP Address — IP at time of consent

Tags

Flexible tagging via Spatie Tags — unlimited tags like VIP, Watch Collector, Custom Orders.

Customer Categories and Scoring

Categories define tiers with spending thresholds. The system can automatically suggest upgrades when total_spent exceeds the next tier threshold. The CustomerScore model tracks customer value metrics for data-driven segmentation.

Customer Media

  • Avatar — Single profile photo (JPEG, PNG, WebP) with 150x150 thumbnail
  • Documents — PDFs, images, Word, Excel files

Customer Relationships

The CustomerRelation model links customers together: spouse/partner, family, referrals.

From a customer profile, access: Sales, Interactions, Notes, Appointments, Important Dates, Waiting Lists, Reminders, Measurements, Preferences, Account Payments, and Campaign Results.

Activity Logging

All changes are automatically logged via Spatie Activitylog for complete audit trails.
