Creating a Reminder

  • Customer — Link to relevant customer
  • Title — Brief description
  • Description — Detailed instructions
  • Due Date — When the reminder is due
  • Priority — Low, Normal, High, Urgent
  • Status — Pending, Completed, Cancelled
  • Assigned To — Responsible staff member

Dashboard Integration

The Upcoming Reminders Widget shows pending reminders sorted by due date with customer name, priority color coding, and quick completion actions.

Best Practices

  1. Set reminders immediately during interactions
  2. Be specific enough that anyone could handle it
  3. Assign ownership to a staff member
  4. Review the dashboard every morning
  5. Close the loop — mark as completed and log follow-up interactions
