Creating an Important Date

• Customer — Select the customer
• Date Type — Birthday, Anniversary, Engagement Anniversary, Name Day, Custom
• Date — The actual date
• Description — Additional details
• Recurring — Whether this date repeats annually
• Reminder Days Before — How many days in advance to generate a reminder

Marketing Integration

Important dates integrate with the Marketing and Campaigns module. Target customers with upcoming dates for timely campaigns. The Customer Important Dates Widget on the dashboard shows upcoming dates.

Dashboard Widget

Displays upcoming important dates in the next 7-30 days with customer name, date type, quick profile link, and days remaining.

1. Ask during registration — Collect birthdays and anniversaries early
2. Set reminders — Configure reminder days before each date
