Dashboard Widgets

Daily Sales Widget

  • Today's total revenue
  • Number of transactions
  • Compare against previous days

Recent Transactions Widget

Sales Table Analytics

The Sales list provides powerful filtering and sorting:

Key Metrics Available

  • Total Revenue — Sum of all completed sale totals
  • Average Order Value — Total revenue / number of sales
  • Sales by Payment Method — Cash vs. Card breakdown
  • Sales by Salesperson — Staff performance comparison
  • Sales by Customer — Top customers by spending

Filtering for Reports

Combine filters to create custom report views:

  • Date range for period reports (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)
  • Payment method analysis
  • Staff performance (filter by user)
  • Customer segment analysis (filter by customer category)

Customer Analytics

From the customer perspective:

  • Customer Stats Widget — Total customers, new customers, active, VIP counts

Per-Customer Metrics

Each customer profile shows:

  • total_spent — Lifetime revenue from this customer
  • total_orders — Number of purchases
