Main Dashboard Overview

The main Dashboard is the first screen you see when logging into Aurelia Hub. It provides a real-time snapshot of your jewelry business through a collection of widgets.

Dashboard Widgets

Daily Sales Widget

Displays today's sales performance: total sales amount and number of transactions completed.

Customer Stats Widget

Shows key customer metrics: total customers, new customers added recently, active customers with recent purchases, and VIP customers.

Customer Insights Widget

Provides deeper customer analytics: distribution by category (Regular, Silver, Gold, VIP), average spending per customer, and acquisition trends.

A visual chart showing purchase volumes over time (daily, weekly, monthly), revenue trends, and seasonal patterns.

Product Stats Widget

Overview of your catalog: total products, active products available for sale, low stock items needing reorder, and out of stock items.

Product Overview Widget

Breakdown of products by type (Finished Products, Components, Loose Stones), category distribution, and price range.

Gift Card Stats Widget

Active gift cards with remaining balance, total outstanding balance, recently issued cards, and cards expiring soon.

Upcoming Appointments Widget

Shows next scheduled appointments with customer name, type, date/time, operator, and status.

Upcoming Reminders Widget

Lists pending reminders: customer follow-ups, task deadlines, and approaching important dates.

Recent Customers Widget

Most recently added customers with quick links to their profiles.

Recent Transactions Widget

Latest sales transactions with sale number, customer, amount, payment method, and status.

Recent Notes Widget

Recently added customer notes for quick reference.

POS Stats Widget

Point of Sale performance: sales processed today, average transaction value, and payment method breakdown.

Using Dashboard Data

The dashboard helps you:

  1. Start your day — Quick check of appointments and reminders
  2. Monitor sales — Track daily performance at a glance
  3. Spot issues — Low stock alerts, expiring gift cards, overdue reminders
  4. Plan actions — Identify VIP customers to follow up with
