Customer Important Dates (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) form the basis of a personal marketing calendar. Instead of generic mass campaigns, use these dates for targeted, high-conversion outreach.

Target by Upcoming Dates

Create campaigns targeting customers with upcoming dates:

  1. Go to Marketing > Campaigns
  2. Create a new campaign
  3. In target criteria, filter customers by:
    • Upcoming birthdays (next 30 days)
    • Upcoming anniversaries
    • Custom important dates

Automated Workflows

Combine Important Dates with reminders:

  1. Important Date approaching → Reminder created automatically
