Accessing Email Templates
Navigate to Marketing > Email Templates.
Creating an Email Template
- Name — Template identifier (e.g., "Birthday Greeting", "New Collection Announcement")
- Subject — Email subject line
- Content — Email body (supports HTML and Markdown)
- Type — Template type (Marketing, Transactional, Notification)
- Variables — Available merge tags for personalization
- Is Active — Toggle availability
