Creating a Waiting List Entry
- Customer — The interested customer
- Product — The desired product (optional)
- Description — What the customer is looking for
- Priority — Low, Normal, High, Urgent
- Status — Waiting, Notified, Fulfilled, Cancelled
- Notes — Additional details
- Requested At — When the request was made
Workflow
- Customer requests a product that is not available
- Staff creates a waiting list entry
- When product arrives, status updated to Notified and customer contacted
- Customer purchases — status updated to Fulfilled
- If customer cancels — status updated to Cancelled
