Navigate to Inventory > Metals.
Metal Properties
Each metal record tracks:
- Name — Descriptive name
- Type — Metal type from the MetalType enum:
- Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium, Copper, Titanium
- Stainless Steel, White Gold, Rose Gold, Yellow Gold
- Purity — Fineness or karat (e.g., 750 for 18K gold, 925 for sterling silver)
- Weight — Weight in selected unit
- Unit — Measurement unit (Grams, Carats, Kilograms, Ounces, Troy Ounces, Pennyweights)
- Warehouse — Storage location
- Price per Unit — Current market or purchase price per unit
- Supplier — Where the metal was sourced
Unit Conversions
Aurelia Hub supports standard jewelry weight units:
- Grams (g) — Standard metric weight
- Carats (ct) — Primarily for gemstones (1 ct = 0.2g)
- Kilograms (kg) — For bulk purchases
- Ounces (oz) — Avoirdupois ounces
- Troy Ounces (oz t) — Standard for precious metals (1 oz t = 31.1g)
- Pennyweights (dwt) — Traditional goldsmith unit (1 dwt = 1.555g)
Stones Management
Navigate to Inventory > Stones.
Stone Properties
Each stone record tracks:
- Name — Stone identification
- Type — From 33 recognized stone types (Diamond, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, etc.)
- Weight — Carat weight
- Cut — Cut style (15 available cuts)
- Color — Color grade
- Clarity — Clarity grade
- Treatment — Any treatments applied (Heat Treatment, Irradiation, Fracture Filling, etc.)
- Certificate — Associated certification
- Warehouse — Storage location
- Price — Value
